We are an artisanal brand and all our products are handmade by artisans at the very grassroots level. We make all the efforts to ensure quality standards are maintained.
On the rare occasion that you may wish to return or exchange a product, the following policies apply:
- We offer size exchanges only on full-price (nonsale) products.
- Refunds are done in the form of store credit, that can be redeemed against any products from our collection.
- We do not provide monetary refunds (Cash or Bank transfer) except in cases where we have delivered a wrong or damaged product.
- Any additional charges like the COD or shipping charges are non-refundable.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- A product is eligible for return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to accept exchange or return requests after this duration.

Return Pickups
In case of returns, you can choose to courier the product to the ABIS warehouse. Alternatively, we can arrange a return pick-up for a charge of Rs.150/-

For any return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Please ensure the product is shipped back in its original packaging with the product tags intact, along with any gift/freebie you might have received with the pair.
Once we receive the products, our team will check the products, post which the refunds/exchanges will be initiated.
*Please note that the refund process may take 4-6 days to reflect back into your account. COD refunds will take longer to process.
Credit Note
Credit notes will be allotted within 48 hours of receiving the product at our warehouse provided they comply with the above-mentioned quality requirements. The credit note will be provided for the entire order value (minus shipping charges, if ABIS has arranged for the pick-up) The ABIS credit note is valid for a period of 90 days and can be redeemed online.

Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please raise your request within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations after this time period will not be considered and the amount will not be refunded.
